Kevin McGill, a self made American Success Story, is an expert in business and personal coaching. On his personal journey to success in business, Kevin discovered and achieved personal fulfillment in helping others to also experience their dreams. In taking his own life from humble beginnings in rural Modesto. Kevin went on to not only receive a Bachelors degree in Economics but a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Despite a humble and violent upbringing, Kevin has always had dogged determination to make his life better and created his adult life based on the foundation of integrity, morals and ethics. In practicing what he teaches and believes, Kevin has become a student of the motivational speaker, Jim Rohn.“A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those doing well to do even better.” Jim Rohn. This quote summarizes the walk that Kevin is on to help those that need and want his help, mentoring and coaching. Kevin has authored several books, been the key note speaker of several speaking engagements, a movie about his life story and is still continuing to work in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry. Where many people think or talk about making their lives better Kevin has also walked the walk, one step at a time, one day at a time, leading his friends, family and business associates by example.

Greg Barrows
Vice President
Sr. Trainer
Greg started his career in the United States Army as a teenager and quickly rose through the ranks as a dog trainer and hand to hand combat specialist. Greg trained the most valued dogs used in military. Greg uses his experience in training to display great patience with clients, whether in the classroom or the field. People truly enjoy listening to Greg's mezmorizing stories as he goes into every detail while painting a perfect picture of his ideals. Greg has been in the field of finance for over than 35 years. We are blessed to have Greg as part of our team at UMMAA.
Greg is married with 5 children and 2 dogs. You can find him on the weekends watching football and playing with his Boxer "Buddy".
Katie McGill
Vice President
Katie has a B.A. in Behavioral Science and implements her degree in every facet of her duties with UMMAA. She has a vast understanding of human behavior and contributes extensively to the development of the client coaching and counseling programs we employ here. Her work has developed over the past 15 years as a leader in her industry and community. Katie has worked with some of the most talented teams in the industries of real estate and finance.
Katie is married to Kevin and has 3 girls aged 9, 10 and 14. She can be found on the weekend watching football with Kevin and chasing the girls around the yard.
Yvonne Harms
Sr. Trainer
Yvonne has been involved in the real estate industry for over 40 years. She has maintained an extremely high level of success in her expansive career. Yvonne has held every position in real estate from receptionist to Owner and brings that experience to UMMAA. We are very happy and privileged to have Yvonne as part of our team.
Yvonne has 2 grown daughters and 4 grand children. She can be found on the weekends camping and fishing with her fiance.
Pat Studibaker
Bookkeeper
Pat is a wife, mother and grandmother-and a proud one to boot. It is a challenge keeping Pat with us as she would rather to retire and spend all her time chasing her grandchildren. We are very privileged to have Pat, as she brings unparalleled experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Pat keeps our day-to-day operations in order.
Pat can be found on the weekends tending to her parents, cheering on her golf-playing husband Jim or playing the slot machines. I think Jim cheers her on playing the slots, as she tends to be very lucky.
Sandy Barasic
Receptionest
Sandy has been a part of our team for 5 years and is part of the family. Sandy and her husband Vince share their devotion to the UMMAA. They can always be counted on to assist in any way when they are needed. We are very lucky to have the Sandy and Vince as part of our family.You can find Sandy on the weekends working in her yard on her garden that she is so proud of. She also produces the newsletters for the car club that she and Vince belong to- they go to all types of social events with this car club. She also likes to spend time with her nieces and nephews when ever she has free time. She loves to serve coffee to everyone in the office each morning . She is always so pleasant on the telephone and calls everyone "honey". She is loyal, trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile to please everyone.
